Artificial Lakes Festival is an annual event held to commemorate the Framework of Pemko Pekanbaru in Pekanbaru City's birthday. This festival was held at the Artificial Lake Rumbai. Each festival is held annually in the canoe race, the race track melayu, melayu special food competitions etc.
