Balai Adat Melayu Riau is located on Diponegoro street Pekanbaru. Balai Adat Melayu Riau built and designed with a variety of colors and motifs carved distinctive, characterized by Malays. Stempel was built for a variety of activities related to the official customary Melayu Riau. Typical architecture symbolizing the cultural greatness of Riau Malays. The building consists of two floors, upstairs plastered with clearly some work Gurindam Dua Belas (Gurindam Twelve) Raja Ali Haji. On the left and right of the entrance to the main room we can read chapters 1 - 4 of Twelve Gurindam (Gurindam Dua Belas), while chapters 5 to 12 located at the inner wall of the main room.
